As winter fades and spring begins, it is a great time to try something new for your workouts. Hot Pilates is a fun way to move your body, build strength, and shake off the colder months. Hot Pilates combines traditional Pilates movements with a heated studio. Classes usually take place in a studio warmed between 90°F and 100°F with moderate humidity. When heat is added, your heart rate may rise, which can support endurance over time. The result is a workout that feels both focused and intense, without high-impact moves.

Before trying Hot Pilates, it is important to listen to your body.  During class, take breaks when you need them.  Resting is always ok.

These classes can be a good option for people who want a low-impact workout that still feels energizing. Many students enjoy the structured movements and steady pace. It can feel challenging, but also empowering, as you build strength and confidence.

When you’re ready to try a Hot Pilates class, come prepared. Bring a quality non-slip yoga mat (sweat makes it slippery), a towel, and plenty of water or a hydrating drink of choice. Wear light, breathable workout clothes to stay cool and comfy during the workout.

This spring, turn up the heat on your routine. Hot Pilates can help you feel stronger, more focused, and ready to take on the season ahead.
