Boosting immunity remains at the forefront of everyone’s mind, with the uncertainty of COVID-19 still present. Although certain foods and supplementation play a key role in immunity, did you know that exercising can provide a much-needed boost to your immunity?  As little as 20 minutes per day can make a difference.

Believe it or not, incorporating a small amount of moderate daily exercise can impact your health and give you a jump start on immunity. Exercising regularly so your heart rate increases will keep your heart healthy and ultimately boost immunity.  Exercise helps regulate pathogens and helps slow the aging system helping to reduce the risk of infections.

Examples of moderate exercise include:

·         Brisk walking
·         Playing tennis
·         Biking at an average pace of 10 mph or lower
